Australian physicians have suggested radical enough method to relieve an environment of excessive pollution. According to their offer, the Australian parents who have more than two children should be liable to lifelong tax.

The new idea has been made public by the professor of the State University of Western Australia Barry Walters. As he said, couples which would want to have more than two children should pay 5 thousand Australian dollars (€2991) for a birth of each “additional” off-spring and also to pay the annual tax for each child at a rate of 800 dollars (478 Eeros).

The money should be used to grow trees which can neutralize emission of carbonic gas in an atmosphere. Walters has also suggested giving “discount” to those couples, who use contraceptives or if one of partners was sterilized. 

Hotbed gases are a huge source of atmosphere’s pollution. And population of our quickly growing world is in many respects responsible for it, writes the professor.
